Criteria for "High Profile" Recruits
Recruit must have a minimum 4-star rating from either Scout.com or Rivals.com and a minimum ESPN.com score of 75. ESPN.com score will be ignored if recruit has top 15 position ranking from both Scout.com and Rivals.com. Some recruits will be added to the list on a special basis.
